1. About the Software

Marilia is a digital platform developed to assist in the recording, transcription, and organization of clinical information during medical appointments using AI technologies. Proper use of the tool depends on how you operate it and the data you input.

Important: Marilia is not automatically integrated with electronic health record (EHR) systems, unless explicitly stated. All data processed within the platform is entered and managed by the user.

2. Registration and Eligibility

To use Marilia, you must:

Be 18 years or older;
Be a licensed healthcare professional with an active registration in your professional board;
Provide accurate and up-to-date information (full name, phone, and email).

The account is personal, non-transferable, and subject to verification. After registration, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Access and Use

You need an internet connection to access the platform. While we strive to keep Marilia available at all times, we are not responsible for disruptions caused by external factors (e.g., connection issues, technical failures, or misuse).

It is prohibited to:

Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
Attempt to hack, modify, or replicate the system;
Distribute malicious code through the platform;
Use Marilia as a replacement for clinical judgment or decision-making.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or cancellation of your access.

4. Plans and Payment

Marilia offers multiple plans, including a free tier. Paid plans are charged via credit card, and payments are processed by third-party providers.

About cancellations:

Must be requested before the next billing cycle;
After cancellation, data and benefits will be deleted within 5 business days;
Any obligations in effect at the time of cancellation will remain valid.

5. User Responsibilities

By using Marilia, you:

Ensure that all submitted information is truthful and up-to-date;
Are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential;
Commit to using the platform within legal and contractual limits;
Fully accept liability for any misuse that causes damage.

6. Limitation of Liability

Marilia does not replace professional clinical judgment. Our software is not intended to provide diagnoses, prescribe medication, or offer medical advice.

We are not responsible for:

Medical decisions made solely through AI outputs;
Content from third-party websites integrated or referenced;
Expected results from the use of the software;
Damages caused by technical failures, misuse, or violation of these terms.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. We handle your data in compliance with:
